Cancellation Policy
**Refund Policy** At Veni Care Phlebotomy Training, we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we offer a 72-hour refund window for students who enroll in our courses. This policy ensures that you can reconsider your decision without financial penalty. **Eligibility for Refund** 1. **Time Frame**: To be eligible for a refund, students must submit a written request within 72 hours (3 days) from the date of enrollment. 2. **Submission Method**: Requests must be emailed to our administrative office at [venicaretraining@gmail.com] or submitted in person at our campus office, Executive Plaza 3003 Airways Blvd, Suite 702, Memphis, TN, 38131. 3. **Course Material**: Any course materials provided must be returned in original condition. If the materials are not returned or are returned damaged, the cost of these materials will be deducted from the refund amount. 4. **Refund Processing**: Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within ten business days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. **Non-Refundable Fees** 1. **Registration Fee**: The registration fee, if applicable, is non-refundable. 2. **Administrative Fee**: An administrative fee of $200.00 will be deducted from the refund. This policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring the integrity of our enrollment process.
